1967: Admitted as member of Beta Alpha Psi, Honorary Accounting Fraternity
1968: Graduated with honors, Bachelor in Accountancy, University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois
1973: Finished internship and obtained license as a California Certified Public Accountant
1991: Graduated Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and admitted to the California Bar
1992: Admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court
1993: Admitted to the Florida Bar.
1993: Admitted to the District of Columbia Bar
1995: Admitted to practice before the United States Court of Claims
